Project Description
The goal for this home was to update and modernize it for maximum resale value. This included opening up interior spaces for better flow and comfort, adding hardwood flooring and redesigning the great room with a fireplace and TV area. We rearranged the layout and built a large island for a modern, desirable kitchen. We upgraded every room with new doors and trim, modern lighting and fresh paint colors. The master suite includes a spacious bedroom, beautiful bathroom and plenty of closet space.
Objectives
