Project Description
The homeowners bought this home with the goal of turning it into a beautiful oasis at the base of the Boulder foothills. This included opening up the kitchen to the living area, adding a large island and beautiful cabinetry for a built in look for the appliances. We added a fireplace to the living area for a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. We updated the master suite with his and hers walk in closets and beautiful bathroom. We upgraded the doors and trim and added special built in features throughout the house. We changed the exterior features of the home with a unique roofline and details to make this a one of a kind home.
Objectives
- Needed to address water leakage problems with the existing roof design
- Desire to update the exterior with fresh colors and new design
