Project Description
We took a 1970’s tri-level home with an undesirable floor plan and transformed it into a beautiful home with a large kitchen, dining and living area on the main level. We popped the top on the garage and added a spacious master suite with a beautiful bathroom and his and hers walk in closets. We remodeled the basement to include three kids bedrooms and large play / TV area and laundry room. The goal was to stay in an excellent Boulder location and build a beautiful home that the homeowners could be proud of and enjoy for years to come.
Objectives

- Select modern finishes that reflect the taste of the homeowners
Project Highlights
- Remodeled entire home inside and out
- Added additional square footage over garage and rear of home
- Relocated and enlarged the area for the kitchen with plenty of countertop space and large island
- Built a master suite retreat over the existing garage
